We are looking for a strategic and visionary creative leader with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling and brand identity. As a Creative Director, you will be the steward of the visual brand standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You will lead the creative process from concept to execution, managing and mentoring teams to deliver innovative, on-brand ideas. This role requires close collaboration with strategists, business leads, and cross-functional teams to shape creative direction and drive successful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of high-level creative concepts that align with the brand's vision, ensuring a cohesive and innovative execution. Provide direction and mentorship to creative teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Collaborate with strategic partners and business leads to develop creative briefs and strategies that drive meaningful solutions. Maintain oversight over multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while adhering to brand guidelines. Present creative concepts and designs to internal teams and, over time, directly to clients. Participate actively in brainstorms, offering fresh, innovative ideas that push the boundaries of traditional thinking. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team at the forefront of creativity and design. Oversee production, including on-site visits and photo/video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is brought to life. Guide the creative team toward personal and professional growth, encouraging continuous learning and advancement. Identify areas of improvement within teams and processes and collaborate with internal departments to find creative solutions. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or a related field. 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative work across various media. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present creative concepts to various stakeholders. Proven track record of leading creative teams to successful project execution. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
