Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Perform all required electrical and electronicinstallation and repair services to plant equipment, in conformancewithestablished codes, specifications and safety practices, in accordance withspecified guidelines and instructions,while exercising safety for oneselfand others.
Working conditions include: Heavy industrial environment,including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold,
dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights and confined spaces.
Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushingweights of up to 40 pounds or more.
Must provide own tools.

Additional Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required and must holdand maintain a valid drivers license and be able to meet Kohler Companys MVRGuidelines and maintain good standing.
Must complete technical skills test.
Required to enroll in an Electrician Apprenticeship Program. An interview andknowledge assessment required, with the job being awarded to the most qualifiedcandidate.
This position is a 4-year commitment.

Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery

Physical Capability:Ability to perform theessential duties of the position
Safety Compliance:Follow all safety policies andprocedures

Reliability:Consistent attendance and workperformance
Screening:Successful completion of a drug screenand background check
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
