Description: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, individualized, and safe patient care. This role requires the ability to work within a clinical environment managed by Nurse Managers and other leaders, supported by a shared governance model. The nursing practice is guided by a professional practice model, evidence-based practice, and research.
