Job Summary

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated UI/UX Designer and Developer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in designing and developing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product owners and development teams, create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, and contribute to the development of a seamless user experience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design: Collaborate with product owners and development teams to create intuitive, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. Design Systems & Style Guides: Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. User Research & Usability Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights, identify pain points, and continuously improve the user experience. Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Design Contribution: Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, real-world project environment while contributing to innovative, high-quality designs and solutions. Required Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience designing user interfaces and creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.

Experience conducting user research and performing usability testing to drive design improvements.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in modern web development languages and frameworks such as HTML/CSS, Angular, and React.

Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.

Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on creating user-centric solutions.

Self-motivated and capable of working effectively within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile: Familiarity with working in Agile environments and contributing to iterative design processes. Responsive Design: Experience in designing responsive and adaptive layouts for both desktop and mobile platforms. Front-End Development: Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular and experience with front-end development practices.

Certifications (if any)

Certification in UX Design or UI Design (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification) is a plus.

Front-End Development or Web Design certifications are an added benefit.
