Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of executives.
- Conduct online research and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist with project management and coordination of tasks.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and file organization.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working remotely.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or financial management.
