JOB SUMMARY: The Recruiter is part of a small but mighty Talent Acquisition (TA) team and will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting -- sourcing, screening, presenting qualified candidates and managing the offer process. You’ll have a keen eye for talent, strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to recruiting. Due to company growth, you’ll also help develop and implement new processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions and recruiting strategies
- Utilize various sourcing tools and trends including online platforms, social media and industry networks to identify and hire top talent
- Collaborate with TA and HR teams to enhance recruitment processes and communicate best practices to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills and cultural fit
- Manage reqs for salaried positions and pitch in on some hourly roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Be curious of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process using KPIs and metrics
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
- Be a talent advisor addressing challenges creatively and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of TA and/or Sourcing experience
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably ADP
- Recruiting experience for pump, construction and/or industrial manufacturing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and recruiting challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
