If you’re passionate about building relationships with exceptional candidates and guiding them through a seamless hiring process, then our client has the perfect role for you. We’re searching for a Senior Technical Recruiter (aka The Talent Architect) to lead our recruiting efforts and help scale our teams with the best minds in tech.
Imagine being at the forefront of the company’s growth, where your ability to source, engage, and hire top technical talent plays a key role in driving innovation. As the Senior Technical Recruiter at our client, you’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end, build strong talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with leadership to ensure hiring success. This role isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about creating a hiring strategy that fuels the company's future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Sourcing:
- Identify and source high-caliber technical candidates for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and IT specialists. You’ll employ creative and data-driven sourcing techniques across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and more.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Leadership:
- Own the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand their unique needs, guide candidates through a streamlined interview process, and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
- Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future technical roles. You’ll engage with both active and passive candidates, maintain long-term relationships, and ensure the talent pool remains diverse and aligned with company goals.
- Employer Branding and Networking:
- Act as a key ambassador for the company’s employer brand, showcasing the culture, mission, and opportunities that make the company stand out. You’ll attend industry events, tech meetups, and conferences to expand your network and engage top talent.
- Mentorship and Leadership:
- Mentor junior recruiters and hiring teams, sharing best practices and strategies for finding and attracting top talent. You’ll help elevate the recruitment function by leading initiatives that streamline processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Use recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire. You’ll provide regular reports and insights to leadership to continuously optimize recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience Champion:
- Ensure that every candidate has a positive experience throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach to the final offer. You’ll maintain clear communication, provide constructive feedback, and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Technical Recruiting Mastery: Deep understanding of the technical landscape, including software development, cloud computing, DevOps, data science, and IT. You can confidently assess candidate qualifications and engage with technical talent.
- Strategic Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive and active candidates across multiple platforms. You’re skilled at using advanced search techniques, networking, and creative outreach to find hidden talent.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise: Proven experience leading full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and managing candidate pipelines. You’ve successfully placed high-caliber technical talent in challenging roles.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. You know how to present opportunities in a way that excites top talent.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Ability to track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. You use data to make informed decisions and optimize the recruiting process.
