We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decision-making across our oil and gas investments and operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced data professional who is passionate about managing data integration, business intelligence reporting, and delivering actionable insights to drive business success.
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of key datasets, managing our database systems, and creating customized dashboards and reports to support leadership, operations, finance, A&D, and other critical departments. Your expertise will help streamline processes, optimize performance, and empower teams with the information they need to make informed, strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee data integration and ensure accurate, timely data flow across systems
- Manage database systems and ensure optimal performance and security
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards to provide critical insights for leadership and operations teams
- Generate transactional analysis reports for case management, call tracking, and sales performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop reporting solutions and enhance data-driven decision-making
- Provide case tracking and resolution insights to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Spotfire, SQL, and ETL tools
- A strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and database management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or database management, preferably within the oil and gas industry
