Job Title: Executive Assistant


Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include preparing reports, managing travel arrangements, organizing events, and maintaining confidential information. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives' calendars and coordinate appointments
  • Organize meetings, including logistics and document preparation
  • Handle email correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with special projects and maintain confidentiality


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
