We are looking for a highly motivated and organized, full time Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years expereince supporting executives to join our team and support the President and owner of StyleCraft.

As an seasoned Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Company Owner. You will handle confidential information, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments
- Coordinates executive level business and personal travel arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Act as a liaison between the owner and internal/external customers to prioritize issues and follow up on items
- Coordinate and organize team meetings, event space, and meals
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Assist with special projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Occasional support of personal business
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure office efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with 5 or more years experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, One Note, Power Pont, Sharepoint, Teams and Adobe PDF
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree
- Occasional day and overnight travel availability for team meetings and events
