Executive Assistant We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide administrative assistance to executives including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Screen and direct phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and coordinate correspondence on behalf of executives. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executive travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items as needed. Handle expense reporting and reimbursement processes for executives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist with special projects as assigned, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communication. Coordinate with other administrative staff and departments to facilitate efficient workflow and support cross-functional initiatives.
