Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant assists the Administrator, as well as other members of the Administrative Staff and Department Managers, in their roles, performing a wide variety of operational, secretarial, clerical and public relations duties.
- Maintains policies and procedures
- Maintains contract file (Meditract) system
- Coordinates the credentialing process
- Coordinates schedules/arrangements for various conferences and meetings
- Types/formats correspondance
- Assists with provider scheduling
- Assists with special events
- Assists in updating the hospital's website and social media
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Performs other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of five years related experience, with a minimum of three years in an Administrative Assistant capacity (reporting to director level or above)
Preferred
Business school certificate and/or Associates Degree
Knowledge and experience in Google applications/Suite/Tools
