The Executive Assistant & Strategic Analyst plays a dual role by providing executive support in a working relationship with the COO and CIO both, jointly and individually, and diving deep into idea conceptualization, concept hardening, strategy, and analysis. This role requires a combination of administrative expertise, analytical mindset, creative thinking, business acumen, insatiable curiosity, exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organization skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills.

- Hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM or 9:00AM - 5:30PM
- Pay: $38 - $42, dependent on experience
- In office Tues-Wed-Thurs.Remote Mon and Fri
- Supporting CIO and COO
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive by managing an active calendar of appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and handling expense reports.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring follow-through on issues in a timely manner (these are ad-hoc projects, Ambac has a formal PMO).
- Ensure smooth and effective internal communication among departments, external stakeholders, and those seeking time with the office of the COO and/or CIO.
- Meeting preparation, Presentation and Document Authoring, Drafting and editing internal and external communications.
- Operate with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Be proactive and anticipate needs .
- Collaborate with various teams to brainstorm, develop, and refine new project ideas or initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, business case, and reports that outline new ideas and their potential impact.
- Validate potential projects or ideas through market research, internal discussions, and potential pilot programs.
- Collect, process, and interpret data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Support financial governance related to budgets, vendors, contracts, etc.
- Work on ad-hoc projects that might range from organizing internal events, coordinating with external vendors, to launching a new company initiative.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Strategic Analyst, and/or analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conceptualize new ideas and present them in a compelling manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a above average attention the aesthetic quality of any deliverable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree or Certifications in Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field is a plus.
