Summary: Seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to manage on-site servers, cloud services, O365 accounts, and support hybrid work environments. The role includes contributing to IT initiatives, maintaining AWS and Azure servers, and providing technical support to a mission-driven agency.
Responsibilities: Manage O365 SaaS applications, Azure AD, and network/email accounts. Maintain and troubleshoot virtual servers in VMWare and XenServer environments. Support AWS servers (Linux) hosting databases and web applications. Provide second- and third-tier IT support to staff. Assist with infrastructure projects and document IT systems. Set up and troubleshoot software, hardware, printers, and mobile devices. Participate in on-call support and maintenance outside regular hours. Qualifications:
Experience:
5-7 years of advancing IT roles; certifications (MCSA/MCSE) preferred. Proficiency in:
Microsoft O365 and Azure AD administration. Virtualization (VMWare, Citrix XenServer). Networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs). Windows and Linux systems (Ubuntu preferred).
Knowledge of MS SQL, SAN hardware (IBM/Dell EMC), and GIS systems is a plus. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills. Commitment to continuous learning and modern technology research.
