ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the broader True Platform data team to turn our data into actionable insights.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
    • Quantitative thought partner: Collaborate with internal teams and platform teams to improve business decisions through the use of data. Leverage data and analytics as a differentiator in all aspects of the business, including our SaaS products, business development and search execution.
    • Ad-hoc quantitative analysis: perform ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analysis across a variety of strategic and operational topics
    • Create and communicate insights: Compile data and information into actionable insights through various mediums (dashboards, slide presentations or written reports)
    • Drive innovation: partner with leadership to create best-in-class technology enabled services for our clients.

HARD SKILLS
    • Experience building models in Excel
    • Strong SQL experience
    • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., SiSense, Domo, Tableau, etc.)
    • Python or R preferred, but not required
    • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, engineering)
