Our client located in Washington, DC is seeking a skilled, proactive and personable administrative professional who is looking to grow into an executive assistant position and support senior leaders as the company continues to grow!
TITLE : Junior Executive Assistant
SALARY UPON CONVERSION: $65-70K
LOCATION : Washington, DC
REMOTE? Hybrid
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Calendar Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of strong administrative assistant experience
Experience with supporting high-level personnel
Experience with heavy scheduling and Zoom
Reliable, independent, and professional
Looking for someone who feels like part of the family
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Executives including:
Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments
Complete expense reports
Compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
Compile documents for travel-related meetings
Determine the nature of appointments and help obtain the necessary background materials
Make high-level contacts of a complex and confidential nature both inside and outside the organization
Draft letters, memoranda, and prepare background materials for meetings
Proofread and edit documents, reports, proposals, and presentations
Provide general administrative support, including note-taking at meetings, typing, faxing, photocopying, distributing materials, ordering publications, and requisitioning office supplies
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
