Genesis10 is hiring: Pilot - Tester w/ AFS in Charlotte

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Roanoke, VA. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution, contributing to large-scale planning efforts.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Assist with the resolution of moderately complex issues by leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support the lending operations team during a system conversion from AFS to Loan IQ, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Perform manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of system capabilities and handle data supplementation and reconciliation of converted data.
• Assist with business requirement development and participate in planning sessions for weekend conversion events.
• Book or close commercial loans in Loan IQ while ensuring compliance with established processes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Background in banking or finance, particularly in commercial loan operations.
• Hands-on experience in UAT, Loan IQ and commercial loan closing.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with AFS systems.
• Exposure to automated testing methods.

Pay Range: $43-$53
