We are seeking a highly skilled and CPA-certified Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions to address financial and operational planning needs. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with technical proficiency in Oracle EPM applications, offering tailored solutions to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
EPM Implementation & Support
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance EPM solutions to optimize performance and functionality.
- Provide insights and best practices for financial consolidation, forecasting, and planning based on CPA-level expertise.
- Support finance teams in streamlining processes, improving accuracy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Translate accounting and financial principles into effective EPM solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide end-user training and documentation to promote adoption and effective use of EPM solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex financial and system challenges.
•Assessing an organization from a people, process, technology, and infrastructure perspective
•Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline. Master's degree and/or project management certification is preferred.
