An insurance brokerage, financial services, and strategic advisory firm is seeking an
Account Manager
to oversee a portfolio of employer clients and their employees. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with experience in client relations and account management, particularly in insurance and payroll coordination. Working closely with various departments, the new team member will strengthen client relationships by delivering seamless support and innovative solutions while maintaining high standards of organization and accuracy.
Salary + Additional Benefits:
$52,000-$62,000 Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401K with match

Dallas, TX Type of Position : Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, carriers, and our company, managing coverage needs such as reconciliations, audits, terminations, and enrollments, while overseeing payroll functions. Continuously expand your understanding of client industries to offer expert advice aligned with their strategic objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain regulatory compliance. Manage a diverse client portfolio, regularly check in with clients, and foster strong, long-term relationships. Anticipate potential issues, respond to client inquiries, and provide customized solutions to address their insurance and employee benefits requirements. Utilize your knowledge of payroll systems and carrier protocols to ensure smooth integration of coverage and payroll processes. Oversee policy renewals and adjustments to ensure clients maintain optimal coverage. Keep accurate client records, using technology to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Insurance and Employee Benefits within the group health insurance space Experience handling complex insurance brokerage tasks, managing payroll integration with health insurance coverage Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven track record in client relations and account management
