Posting Number 20161524STD Job Description Academic Achievement Center Front Desk Assistants help with checking students in for appointments, scheduling appointments for students, and supporting the AAC professional and graduate assistant staff members. Responsibilities: Complete the required paid orientation and training. Attend all scheduled work hours. Be punctual and ready to work at your assigned times. Create a positive workspace and learning center environment. Submit accurate time sheets and enter hours in Workforce in a timely manner. Minimum Qualifications Must have completed at least one semester of undergraduate college-level coursework at Ohio University. Must be available to work 6-12 hours every week for the entire semester. Preferred Qualifications Department Academic Achievement Center Pay Rate $11.00/hour Posting Open Date 09/18/2024 Posting End Date 06/29/2025 Job Category Student Hourly Planning Unit University College Work Schedule The Academic Achievement Center hours for all programs during the fall and spring semesters are Mondays-Thursdays 8am-8pm, Fridays 8am-5pm, Sundays 3pm-8pm.
