OU Health, Oklahoma’s first fully integrated academic health system, announces a national search for a Director of CVICU at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital. Oklahoma Children's Hospital is the state’s only comprehensive, freestanding pediatric hospital. Oklahoma Children's serves the state and the region with the state’s most comprehensive Level 1 Trauma, NICU (level IV), region’s only pediatric heart center, region’s only pediatric BMT and CAR-T therapy program and state’s only level IV pediatric epilepsy center. Additionally, Oklahoma Children's uniquely serves women and babies by providing complete high-risk pregnancy and labor and delivery care in the hospital. The Director CVICU is a results-driven, ethical leader who oversees nursing operations and overall performance of the CVICU. This role requires strong leadership, strategic acumen, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery. EDUCATION Master's level education in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or relevant field of study. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing. Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC) with established Oklahoma residency within 6 months. EXPERIENCE 5 - 7 years of progressive leadership experience. LOCATION Oklahoma City offers a vibrant culture, cuisine, attractions, and amenities expected in a modern metropolis.
