Duties Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Manage treasury functions, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and investments. Lead cost control initiatives to optimize resource allocation and enhance profitability. Provide insights on supply chain management to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax accounting practices. Utilize financial software to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making. Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, including the board of directors. Mentor and develop finance team members to foster a high-performance culture. Experience Proven experience as a CFO or in other managerial roles within finance. Strong background in accounting principles and practices. Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, cost management, and treasury management. Familiarity with supply chain processes is highly desirable. Proficient in using financial software for analysis and reporting purposes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
