About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial insights, ensuring strong fiscal management and supporting the company's growth objectives. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee the finance, accounting, and audit functions, and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals, ensuring long-term financial health.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Financial Reporting:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports for management, board members, and external stakeholders.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, and capital investments to optimize financial resources.
Corporate Governance:
Collaborate with the Board of Directors, audit committees, and senior leadership on financial performance, strategy, and decision-making.
Tax & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to tax laws and implement measures to maximize tax benefits while complying with all statutory obligations.
Mergers & Acquisitions:
Lead financial due diligence, integrations, and negotiations for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CA preferred).
Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
Strong understanding of corporate financial laws, regulations, and compliance.
Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with C-suite executives.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
