The Senior Associate Dean also collaborates closely with colleagues across campus, which may include Admission, Campus Life, Financial Aid, Institutional Equity and Diversity, Institutional Research, the Registrar's Office, Student Financial Services, and others, to ensure that College programs are structured inclusively and that policy changes are effectively integrated into divisional and University practices.
