We are made up of: Conversation-starters Storytellers Strategists Digital natives PhD-level scientists Writers Designers Builders About the role This role will lead two major accounts reporting to an EVP. This is a unique, career-enhancing role on large accounts, and an opportunity to partner with exceptional senior account leaders across the company. The SVP will be responsible for working closely with a cross-functional team of people from across the broader IPG network. The ideal candidate possesses a strong interest in corporate awareness initiatives, is curious and excited to experiment and explore new ideas/new channels, is proactive, resourceful, has an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys growing and cultivating staff. Serve as the day-to-day client support and counsel - address any issues, troubleshoot problems and provide strategic counsel Brings a strong, thought through POV Develop and maintain extremely strong interpersonal relationships with senior clients and internal team Continually look for opportunities to optimize work Collaborate with diverse teams to map campaign ecosystems Understand client business challenges, asks, and being able to pull together the right deliverable and recommendations Collaborate with specialist teams (Earned Media, Creative, Strategy, Digital) to design programs with the right mix of paid vs earned investment Ensure campaign is staying on strategy and delivering on business objectives Ability to write decks and tell strong compelling stories Proactively anticipates and handles client problems and issues quickly and adeptly Lead yearly planning Mentor and grow a team Continually look for areas of opportunity and growth Leading new business opportunities Participate in agency development and helping to sculpt the dna of tomorrow The requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher 10+ years of agency experience Understanding of integrated agency teams (Earned Media, Social, Partnerships, Creative) Can promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational functions Can handle multiple deliverables at once Ability to stay calm under pressure and always focus on problem solving Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in sculpting and telling a cohesive story Deep knowledge of the pharma regulatory landscape The Weber Shandwick Collective recognizes that your health and wellbeing are a priority.
