Personal Injury Attorney

Our client seeks a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join their legal team. The successful candidate will have experience handling a wide range of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement or trial. This role requires a commitment to client advocacy, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability claims. Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and develop case strategies. Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial as needed. Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to ensure case progress and client satisfaction. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership. 3+ years of experience in personal injury law. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and litigation skills. Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
