The Opportunity We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Analyst to join our dynamic Strategic Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Finance. This role offers the opportunity to work in-person in a fast-growing SaaS company that values collaboration, innovation, and personal development. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes that drive the company's growth trajectory. You will also gain exposure to senior executives, the Board, and investors, contributing to our long-term success. How you'll make a difference day to day: Financial Planning & Analysis Support:
Assist in the development and execution of the company’s FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Provide insights that support business growth and operational efficiency. Financial Modeling:
Build and maintain complex financial models to support various business scenarios, utilizing Adaptive Planning. Analyze financial data, market trends, and operational metrics to identify key drivers and offer actionable recommendations. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior leadership, identifying trends, variances, and key performance metrics. Help drive data-driven decision-making by providing thorough analysis of financial and business performance. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-departmental teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives. Contribute to strategic projects and help execute company-wide initiatives. Investor Relations Support:
Assist in the preparation of investor communications and presentations. Provide analysis and insights to the Head of Strategic Finance for external reporting to the Board and investors. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Adaptive Planning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and CAC preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).
