Tax Manager - ASC 740

CPA Designation | Tax experience focusing on ASC740 About this Job: Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the 12-month cycle of corporate clients, including review of income tax returns, extension, and estimated tax calculations. Provide consulting and tax-saving strategies to clients. Prepare and review book entries for quarterly and annual financial reporting. Assist in process improvement and identify opportunities for increased automation. Develop and maintain client relationships by providing high quality service that exceeds client’s expectations. Assist with managing, training, and developing staff. About YOU! Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MST preferred. CPA License required. 5+ progressive years of experience in the accounting industry, ASC 740 experience with privately held clients. International tax experience desired. Experience in a public accounting firm is required.
