WHAT YOU’LL DO Be the face of MCR for new hires and team members; exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism. Practice, support and promote the Vision and Mission Statements, and Core Values of the Muckleshoot Casino Resort (MCR). Experience partnering with senior executives on their business operations, financial planning, and forecasting preferably in the gaming industry. Create, develop, and perform standard and ad-hoc queries of financial/operational data using SQL like programs. Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. Prepare recurring reports by analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing financial and operational data. Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to Operational Leadership. Developing automated, and in some cases real-time, marketing and casino operations reports and dashboards that help marketers focus on what is important or what are outliers that require action. Deriving insight from the analytics and communicate insight narratives to senior leadership and peers. Provide analysis and reporting on gaming performance, labor & scheduling & casino profitability to improve overall casino profits and efficiency. Analyze effects of gaming & player changes, outside market factors & service standards to improve managements decision making. Support the annual budget process by developing historical, current, and potential future trend analysis. Assist in assessing and communicating financial and operating results to managers. Develop appropriate financial and operating metrics for use by management in decision making. Ensure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations. Assist with high-level analysis and review with management of financial summary information, analysis of financial. Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive and safe work environment; promote positive team member relations and reports issues to appropriate personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or similar analytical field required. Masters degree preferred. Six (6) years financial analysis experience, and/or Six years (6) of extensive Casino Performance analysis required. Bally SDS or similar gaming software experience and experience with data mining across diverse data sets required. Extensive experience with Excel, Power BI or similar databases. HOW YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL Strong understanding of cloud based business models, revenue recognition principles, adept at financial forecasting and data analysis and possess a deep understanding of revenue models. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and principles. Knowledge and general understanding of financial statement relationship (P&L, BS, CF). Ability to exhibit advanced SQL (or similar) querying skills, including proven knowledge of financial metrics. Ability to exhibit intermediate to advanced Excel modeling skills, including knowledge of financial metrics to be able to evaluate projects based on their financial returns. Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills. Ability to function as a “self-starter” who can work independently and accommodate many internal partners. Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Ability to demonstrate advanced communication skills, both oral and written. Read, write and speak English fluently. Ability to set priorities and meet demands. Ability to effectively and successfully work in a fast-paced, high-pressure and fluid environment. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. WHAT TO EXPECT Availability –

Ability to work 40+ hours per week, holidays, weekends, and nights to support a 24/7 operation. Physical –

Ability to maneuver in all areas of casino, ascent/descent from stairs, frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and/or prolonged periods of time focusing on tasks. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. May regularly need to lift/move, push or pull up material or boxes necessary to the job function, with or without assistance. Environment
