We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of IAM to oversee the development, implementation, and management of our identity and access management program. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring secure and efficient access to our systems and resources while maintaining compliance and reducing risk. Responsibilities Develop and implement the organization's IAM strategy, policies, and procedures to manage user identities and access privileges. Lead a team of IAM professionals responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, authentication, and authorization systems. Collaborate with IT and business units to define and enforce IAM standards and controls across the organization. Evaluate and select IAM technologies and tools to meet business requirements and security objectives. Define and oversee the implementation of role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles. Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Partner with stakeholders to streamline and automate IAM processes to enhance efficiency and user experience. Stay informed about emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices to continually improve the organization's IAM capabilities. Provide leadership and guidance on IAM-related projects and initiatives. Maintain, review, and lead SailPoint certification of IT General Controls and SOX controls as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant work experience including prior management experience;

4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree Preferred Education/ Experience Master's degree with 8+ years relevant work experience Specific Skills or Experience Required: Extensive experience (8+ years) in identity and access management, with a focus on designing and implementing IAM solutions in complex environments. In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, and technologies (e.g., SSO, MFA, directory services, identity governance). Experience with IAM standards and frameworks (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP). Familiarity with compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Subject matter expert knowledge on Identity Management solution landscape and functions including provisioning, federation, role/entitlement reviews, authentication, and access management for the cloud and on premise. Experience with architecture and implementations of IDM solutions. Experience with Active Directory (Azure AD & AD) and LDAP knowledge for integration to AD. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with SAP systems and IDM integrations. Experience with IDM workflows including coding/scripting for IDM workflows and provisioning, and the ability to build and maintain complex IDM workflows.
