Perth Northern Suburbs, Western Australia This role is an executive position in the company, and you will sit on the Executive Management Committee, assisting with best practice and clinical governance of client care. Care Management is a ‘mission critical’ responsibility for the delivery of care to the company’s clients, including the recruitment, training, quality control of carers, and leading the care team. The role is multifaceted and client-focused, managing a range of clients in Aged/Disability care and of all age groups. The position holder will be expected to: Inspire, motivate, and provide leadership to their team Assist in recruitment and retention of the care team Commit and contribute to organizational as well as team objectives Manage and drive Clinical Governance and best practices with a focus on continuous improvement Take responsibility for their own and others’ performance, development, and safety Apply superior communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Think and act strategically Manage corporate risk and budgets effectively Report to Managing Directors Increase the growth of the business Conduct enquiries, in-home care assessments, supervisory visits, and auditing of the clinical team Possess a strong background in Aged/Disability Care in the Community Demonstrate outstanding time management Exhibit analytic and report writing skills In addition to Care Management, this role will help develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, and care facilities to deliver care services that meet the market needs, along with education on the nature of services available to clients. Qualifications
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Experience in a clinical management role leading care teams Relevant tertiary qualification (Aged Care, Disability, and/or Management) Certificate in a specific nursing-related discipline (Dementia care, geriatric nursing, palliative care, continence care) - Highly desirable Cert IV Training and Assessment - highly desirable for in-house training This role will be based between our two offices, one in Perth Northern Suburbs & Perth West Coast.
