Responsibilities: Some of your responsibilities:
Lead, design & develop the frameworks to model out our plan by specific go-to-market motion.
Partner with finance, marketing, product to align on forecasts, assumptions & methodology.
Leverage data to surface leading indicators & deep insights that will enable teams to revise strategies & tactics in a timely manner.
Conduct executive analyses and strategic planning (e.g. QBRs, senior leadership presentations, pipeline & bookings analysis, OKR management).
Qualifications: Skills and requirements:
5+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, consulting, data analysis.
Strong experience with modeling (Google Sheets & Excel), you can work with & build models to forecast out business motions.
Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with diverse teams up to the senior leadership level.
Good with data management & SQL, you can not only pull data together, but can blend multiple data sources.
Proactive engagement with the management team to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute a quarterly sales strategy plan.
Strong presentation skills and ability to influence varying org functions at varying levels of seniority throughout the org; basically you can execute as well as recommend.
Compensation: At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $149,000 - $198,700
Zone B: $134,100 - $178,800
Zone C: $123,700 - $164,900
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
