Sr. Foreign Language Program Analyst
Position Summary DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Foreign Language Program Analyst to support a federal government client in Bethesda, MD. This full-time, on-site role requires a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a program analyst for a foreign language office supporting the IC Senior Language Authority. Effectively create narratives related to foreign language capabilities, funding justifications, program policy, and other issues. Analyze and communicate findings from IC-wide data calls. Develop deliverables including talking points, briefing materials, and annual reports. Contribute to foreign language-related sections of the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB), Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), Consolidated Intelligence Guidance (CIG), and IC strategy and implementation plans. Advance foreign language policy and strategy development. Engage with all IC components that have a foreign language mission. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, such as the Foreign Language Executive Committee, FVEY liaison visits, student recruiting visits, and expert panels.
Minimum Qualifications TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required BS+18 or MS+ 10 years' experience or no degree + 24 years' experience Extensive report and narrative writing experience Data analysis experience MS Office proficiency Program analyst experience
Preferred Qualifications Experience in the IC foreign language community (military or civilian) Knowledge of a foreign language Tableau proficiency CBJB, CDA, and/or CIG experience Program management experience Interagency experience
Salary Range $140,000 - $150,000 per year This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
