Onsite position located in Central Phoenix

At CR3 American Exteriors, we need an Administrative Assistant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and keep the office running like a well-oiled machine. This is not your typical “sit and wait” admin gig. You’ll be expected to handle data entry, accounts payable and receivable, filing, and assist our Business Manager with whatever tasks come their way—so long as you can keep your cool and handle a variety of tasks without missing a beat.

What You Will Do

Data Entry & Admin Tasks: Get your hands dirty with data entry, filing, and organizing office systems. If you’re a fan of structure, this is your place.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Pay attention to the details—processing invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate records will be key.
Assist the Business Manager: Flexibility is important. Support the Business Manager with whatever needs to get done, from scheduling to managing workflows.
Take-Home Tasks: You’ll occasionally take work home, but this is primarily an office-based role.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Have a few years of related experience and a sharp ability to learn and get things done.—great. If not, don’t bother applying.
Tech Skills: Know your way around a computer with ease? Able to navigate Google Docs, spreadsheets, and other programs like a master? If you don’t, this might not be the right role for you.
Detail-Oriented: No room for mistakes here. If you can’t pay attention to the small stuff, this job will drive you crazy.
Reliable: Show up on time, do the job well, and don’t make excuses. We need someone who can be counted on.
Problem Solver: Things won’t always go according to plan. If you’re the type who freezes when things go sideways, this might not be a fit.
