Job Description
McDonald's Change COE is seeking a Supervisor, Change Management to support specific change workstreams and activities by executing our change framework and methodology. Under direct supervision of a more senior Change Management role, the Change Management Supervisor manages work with low to medium complexity or has scope for smaller change management deliverables on highly complex programs.
In this role, you will support a transformational technology program within our Global Technology function. Future assignments may span other McDonald's functional areas.
The Supervisor, Change Management will have opportunities to support COE operations as needed as part of the development. This role will report to Sr. Manager, Change Management within the Global People function.

The Change COE partners with leaders to enable the human side of transformation, ensuring people adopt the changes needed to promote the long-term success of our business. Responsibilities:
- Drive Adoption with One McDonald's Way of Doing Change
- Assist in developing and managing comprehensive change strategies by applying a structured Change Management methodology to various programs
- Conduct change impact analysis across people, process, and technology dimensions, change readiness, and risk assessments to improve people ROI and successfully lead people through transitions
- Assist in developing stakeholder management plans to identify key players and resistors of a change initiative and plans to aid their transitions
- Assist in developing communication plans to support broader change management goals on key initiatives
- Create communication artifacts and help with message development and creative delivery across various stakeholder groups
- Learn the business of the sponsoring function, seeking to understand the strategy enabling the transformation
- Analyze data-driven insights to measure, adapt, and accelerate change.
- Support the growth of Change knowledge across the Enterprise
- Gain an understanding of our Change Framework and support training of partners, practitioners, and business leaders
- Support COE staff meetings and learning series (topic identification, content development, etc.)
- Maintain templates and examples for successful change delivery

The expected salary range for this role is$87,050– $108,810/ per year

Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of Change Management experience, particularly on large initiatives with a technology component
- Bachelor's degree in organizational change management, business management, human resources, or related field
- Beginner to Intermediate level change management skills
- Comfort with Word, PowerPoint, and collaborative technologies
