Job Description: Data Analyst 3 Location: San Jose, CA Type: Long Term Contract Position: Data Analytics Specialist for Document Cloud Monetization Responsibilities: Drive analytics to identify and unlock growth and monetization opportunities for Document Cloud, including running hypothesis tests (A/B testing), analyzing results, and communicating insights and actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, including growth managers, product managers, go-to-market teams, finance, and engineering, to analyze product/customer behavior, features, and monetization opportunities. Use insights to recommend strategies that enhance customer experience and drive monetization. Act as an expert in calibrating and integrating sparse and complex data from multiple data sources. Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs, focusing on understanding customer behavior, the end-to-end customer journey, and monetization paths. Define metrics and reporting frameworks, design and implement reporting dashboards, track Key Performance Indicators, and provide valuable insights. Qualifications: Strong expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing analytics. Advanced proficiency in SQL for working with large datasets. Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize large datasets to craft a clear narrative and deliver impactful insights to senior and cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones. Hands-on coding experience with at least one programming language (Python or R). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks), including building and running data pipelines in the cloud. Proficiency in developing detailed reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI. Strong attention to detail and capability to integrate and validate data from multiple sources. Experience with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics is a plus.
