The manager is responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of financial reports. The manager performs and supervises all functions related to financial areas of the company such as general accounting, payroll, internal auditing, cost accounting, credit and collections.
Additionally, the manager should display strong interpersonal and leadership skills and will maintain all financial records in complete confidentiality.
This position is also responsible for all phases of human resources activity in workforce planning and employment, human resource development, strategic management, benefits, employee relations and occupational health, safety, and security.
Qualifications
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting (AP, A/R, Payroll, Financial Reporting)
- Proficiency in Human Resources duties
- Aptitude toward automation and systematic improvements
- Microsoft Office: Must be proficient with Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to hire, train, and manage staff.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
