Summary
Under the direction of the Warehouse manager, oversee and participate in the shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of warehouse inventory and fixed assets, maintain receiving and inventory control records and prepare related reports; serve as a lead over one or more assigned warehouse function; train and provide lead work direction and guidance to assigned staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee the warehouse personnel and daily operations
Oversee the end of month physical counting of the inventory
Oversee parts clerks' daily inventory counts and reporting
Load and unload trucks
Ensure all parts personnel follow proper company, customer, and safety guidelines and procedures
Properly and effectively communicate all tasks to team members
Maintain adequate inventory levels to cover daily processing needs
Using current inventory counts and vehicle needs, determine any parts issues that may arise Report any parts shortages to management
Make sure of the accuracy of the inventory counts to analyze the inventory needs based on, notifying management of the estimated delivery times
Monitor all inventory movement to ensure all parts are properly accounted for
Ensure VPC line and PIO are properly supported with product
Ensure all concerned internal and external customers are notified of the current inventory levels and any issues
Report any issues to management
All other duties as assigned

- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Associates Degree preferred
- 2 - 3 years OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must hold a valid Driver's License
- Forklift Certified
- Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
