Description

Retail Account Coordinator responsibilities include performing in-store support, managing and mentoring Beauty Educators, reviewing performance, time and attendance, ensuring regulatory and company values are upheld.

Retail Account Coordinator should be able to perform efficiently in a retail and home office environment, demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, manage people, ensure operations run smoothly and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and mentor Beauty Educators to excel in their role
Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and Beauty Educators
Conduct regular performance check-ins
Document employee performance and coaching
Manage time & attendance
Partner with scheduling team for necessary changes
Ensure company, brand, and retailer standards are met
Partner with supervisor and HR to handle escalations in a timely matter
Achieve sales goals
Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift
Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app

Skills, Knowledge, and Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience managing people.
4 years of experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer.
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills
Professional conduct in-store
Excellent brand and product education & training skills
Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications
