Description
Retail Account Coordinator responsibilities include performing in-store support, managing and mentoring Beauty Educators, reviewing performance, time and attendance, ensuring regulatory and company values are upheld. 
 
Retail Account Coordinator should be able to perform efficiently in a retail and home office environment, demonstrate excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, manage people, ensure operations run smoothly and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor Beauty Educators to excel in their role 
  • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and Beauty Educators 
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins 
  • Document employee performance and coaching  
  • Manage time & attendance 
  • Partner with scheduling team for necessary changes 
  • Ensure company, brand, and retailer standards are met 
  • Partner with supervisor and HR to handle escalations in a timely matter 
  • Achieve sales goals 
  • Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift 
  • Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app 
 


Skills, Knowledge, and Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing people.  
  • 4 years of experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer.  
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Professional conduct in-store 
  • Excellent brand and product education & training skills  
  • Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications
