Maintenance Electrician - Channelview TX 77530
Specialty C oating Pipe Yard is seeking an Maintenance Electrician, must have a Texas License or Millwright Certification. Must have 5+ yrs of PLC programming experience. Experience in electrical and mechanical service preferred.
MUST HAVE:
3-5 years PLC experience (editing PLCs)
Installing/troubleshooting PLCs
Industrial or maintenance background
Looking for someone with electrical (80%) and mechanical (20%) experience
Journeyman License in state of Texas
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
Responsibilities:
Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
Troubleshoot motor and control systems
Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Must have High School Diploma or GED and pass 10 year background
