OmniOn Power seeks a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and President. Headquartered in Plano, TX, OmniOn Power is poised for significant growth, with current revenues of $400M and a bold vision to exceed $800M by 2028.

In this high-impact role, you will lead the company's global financial strategy and operations, overseeing a team of 25 employees worldwide, supported by 7 direct reports, and leveraging 50 dedicated shared service resources through a third-party vendor. Your scope of responsibility includes end-to-end financial management: accurate financial reporting of income statements and balance sheets, oversight of accounting, tax, and treasury functions, as well as spearheading financial planning and analysis efforts such as annual and long-term budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will:

Financial Strategy Development: Formulate and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and regulatory requirements. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and reporting standards established by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and other regulatory bodies governing the company's legal entity structure. This includes assuring compliance with company-specific finance directives and instructions. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, quarterly reports, and disclosures for shareholders and regulatory authorities. Streamline the month-end closing process, enhance financial operations, and communicate business performance while identifying growth accelerators. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks by ensuring strong internal controls and effective risk management frameworks. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes to provide insights for informed business decisions. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital to ensure the company's financial health and liquidity. Capital Structure Management: Evaluate and manage the company's capital structure, including financing strategies and capital allocation. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team to drive accountability and high performance. Strategic Partnerships: Partner with executive leadership team on strategic growth initiatives. Follow and perform duties in accordance with the OmniOn Power Code of Conduct.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or finance required; MBA highly desirable Proficient in Mandarin Chinese A minimum of 15+ years of experience in financial management, including financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, and general accounting. 5+ years leadership experience leading global finance teams.

Education and Certification/License Credentials

Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst; not required, but desirable

Desired Functional Competencies - Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Demonstrated understanding of Taiwan-IFRS and compliance with local and international reporting standards. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time Knowledge of financial systems and software, with an understanding of automation and data analytics. Ability to analyze financial data, create forecasts, and make strategic recommendations. Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders. Experience in a Taiwan-listed company or familiarity with the Taiwanese regulatory environment. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience in leading in fast growth areas across geographies. Merger and acquisition experience on both the buy and sell side.
