We are a dynamic and bustling legal nonprofit organization seeking a highly organized and pro-active Executive Assistant to support three of our top executives. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of administrative tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. As the position requires seamless coordination and communication with the executives and other members of our organization, we value a strong commitment to excellent professionalism, discretion, and judgment.


The role is a hybrid remote position, allowing for work flexibility.


Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 executives, including, but not limited to managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and ensure the executives' schedules are effectively managed, organized, and updated.
  3. Prepare for board meetings (including but not limited to sending reminders, booking venues, and organizing paperwork).
  4. Coordinate smooth communication between the executives' office and internal departments.
  5. Compile documents for travel-related meetings and maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members.
  6. Enhance executives' effectiveness by providing information management support and representing the executives to others.




  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with excellent knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  7. Experience working in a legal nonprofit organization is a plus.
