Senior Technical Product Manager

Our Opportunity:Chewy is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in our Seattle, Boston, Plantation, or Minneapolis office. CRM owns Chewy’s marketing technology and deliver solutions to improve Chewy’s customer facing communications. As a Senior Technical Product Manager on CRM you will build and launch products that directly impact Chewy’s customer communication and deliver active customer growth.In this role, you will own mobile attribution solutions that support Chewy’s marketing team to measure and optimize mobile marketing strategies. You'll work closely with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to craft and implement the end-to-end solution. You will be seen as the subject matter authority on mobile attribution and be a trusted thought partner on mobile marketing attribution.What You’ll Do:Develop and maintain a product roadmap and prioritized backlogDefine and analyze measures of success for new features and improvements; translate customer and business insights into clear requirements for product improvements and new featuresLed product discovery sessions with collaborators to identify use cases, document difficulties, and ensure cross-team alignment on product strategyDrive innovation through continuous improvement, employing A/B experiments, data analysis, and feedback to iterate on algorithms and product functionalityWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years in technical product management or a similar role leading cross-functional projects, balancing product/business requirements with technical constraints2+ years in mobile attribution or marketing attribution and technologiesExperience building products to support marketing with first-party and third party technologiesStrong analytical abilities with experience in using data to drive product decisionsAbility to clearly communicate technical product details to non-technical collaboratorsExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionCompensation & Benefits:Our salary range for a Senior Technical Product Manager position is $134,500.00 - $215,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.
