Duties Collaborate with senior litigators to develop defense strategies for general liability cases. Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence. Represent clients in court proceedings and all aspects of general liability litigation. Participate in depositions, hearings, conferences, and other stages of litigation. Engage with medical experts to support case development. Conduct thorough legal and medical research and analysis as needed. Maintain regular client interactions, providing case updates and advisement. Work cohesively with other team members on high-exposure and complex litigation cases. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or related general liability litigation. Admission to practice law in New York. Familiarity with New York Labor Law (preferred but not required). Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in New York (in good standing).
