Functional EPM Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, specifically in implementing, configuring, and optimizing solutions to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, EPM platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively across finance and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and optimization of EPM solutions, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to identify and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Design and develop financial models, dashboards, and reports within the EPM system to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. Provide functional expertise in EPM tools, such as Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC, or similar platforms, to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities. Manage data integration and reconciliation between EPM systems and source ERP platforms. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption of EPM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, ensuring system performance and accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in EPM to recommend continuous improvements. Support change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during system upgrades or implementations. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in functional EPM consulting, including hands-on expertise with EPM platforms Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and integrating them with EPM platforms. Proficiency in data modeling, financial analysis, and performance metrics. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
