Senior Marketing Manager

Title: Sr Marketing Manager Location: Miami, FL Duration: Direct Hire Compensation: $ 120,000- 145,000 Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Sr Marketing Manager We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in marketing execution, particularly focused on regional execution planning within LATAM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing teams and overseeing campaigns. Project management experience is a plus. Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, staying within budget, timelines, and brand guidelines. Lead all regional marketing initiatives, including ATL and BTL activities: retail, trade promotions, field force management, media buying (online/offline), and out-of-home campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with sales, Key Account Managers (KAMs), marketing, and operations teams to align strategies. Coordinate seasonal and spot promotions for Open Market Retailers and Carrier customers. Team & Budget Management Act as the first approver for marketing budgets and project proposals. Lead budget planning, strategy, and execution for all marketing projects. Supervise and guide the team in developing and executing marketing campaigns. Project Oversight & Agency Management Oversee marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Manage external agency relationships, from briefing to deliverables. Materials & Compliance Ensure all marketing materials comply with corporate branding and guidelines. Go-to-Market & Reporting Support flagship product launches through Go-to-Market strategies. Develop marketing presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Expertise in regional marketing, especially within the LATAM region. Project management experience (preferred).
