At Digi Solutions, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Docs and Excel, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of documents, reports, and data management. If you excel at multitasking, love keeping things organized, and are tech-savvy, this role is perfect for you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.

- Organize and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports in Google Docs and Excel.

- Assist with creating and formatting presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.

- Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting using Excel to support business operations.

- Handle correspondence via email and phone, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.

- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information.

- Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, and projects.

- Provide general administrative support, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records.

- Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed accurately.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

- Proficiency in Google Docs and Excel (advanced knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data management preferred).

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of discretion and professionalism.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

 

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with other Google Workspace tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Calendar).

- Experience supporting C-level executives or managers.

- Basic knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack.
