Are you a highly organized, professional, and discreet individual looking to support the leadership team of a dynamic healthcare organization? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the CEO and other senior executives.


Responsibilities :

  • Manage the CEO's and executive team's schedules, appointments, and events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Draft and send emails, correspondence, and meeting agendas.
  • Assist with small projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate communication between executives and department leads to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters.
Requirements:

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
