Are you a highly organized, professional, and discreet individual looking to support the leadership team of a dynamic healthcare organization? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the CEO and other senior executives.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the CEO's and executive team's schedules, appointments, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Draft and send emails, correspondence, and meeting agendas.
- Assist with small projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate communication between executives and department leads to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
