Dec 11, 2020 Profile: The Vice President of Affiliate Services supports the retention, revenue growth, and profitability of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates across the Central Region. This requires strong leadership, guidance, support, direction, and communication to the Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates. The Vice President of Affiliate Services serves as the primary liaison between the Affiliate and the brand and is responsible for promoting the Brand’s offerings in order to drive growth and profitability in all affiliate offices within the region. This position interacts directly with the affiliates to gain their support on company initiatives, foster a collaborative culture, and facilitate affiliate growth, agent recruiting, retention, and brand engagement. Responsibilities: Participate in business planning and strategic growth initiatives with affiliates within the Central/ Mid-Atlantic Region. Support and participate in all affiliate transitions within the region. Assist senior management in the design of service strategies. Act as liaison between affiliates and the Sotheby’s International Realty corporate offices to provide information regarding resources and programs available through the network. Consult with the affiliates to maximize broker profitability and identify and drive ancillary revenue opportunities. Drive adoption of marketing initiatives by introducing tools and methodologies to increase rates of usage. Provide support and assistance on agent recruiting and retention. Provide training to affiliate leaders and agents on brand tools and brand value proposition. Maintain the integrity of the brand and enforce compliance with the Identity standards manual and policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 8 – 10 years related experience. A solid understanding of the residential real estate brokerage business; preferably having experience in brokerage management. Experience in business and strategic planning combined with the ability to execute against plans and yield demonstrable results. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and platform delivery skills; including experience delivering presentations virtually and in front of large groups. Possess an extraordinary passion for providing customer service beyond our affiliates’ expectations combined with excellent influencing and collaboration skills. Ability to establish credibility and trust with affiliates and within the brand. High-end/luxury brand experience highly desired. Excellent technology skills, including MS O365, keynote, and other web-based applications. Ability to travel up to 60% (once it is safe to travel). Reside within 45 miles of a major/international airport.
